Agrilin (Platform), is a website owned and operated by GROWCOMS PRIVATE LIMITED (Company). Agrilin provides a platform that enables users to trade in agricultural products domestically and internationally (Services). Agrilin is a Business to Business (B2B) platform, and during the course of operating the Platform and providing the Services, we collect and process user data. 'We/we' or 'Us/us/Our/our' refers to the Company, and ‘You/Your/Users/you/your/users’ refers to the users of our Platform and/or Services.

This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) applies to and governs the use of the Platform and any services which may be provided to you through the Platform while you use the Platform and/or while dealings with any products available on the Platform (Products).

This Privacy Policy shall apply to you regardless of how you access or use the Services.     We use your information to provide our Services, process payments, communicate with you, maintain records and generally maintain your transaction history with us. Further, we may ask you to provide additional information about Yourself on an optional basis. We may also ask you for certain financial information, including bank account or other payment instrument details to process payments on the Platform (online or offline). We may store such information provided to us. We use such information as provided by you to authenticate and authorize access to the Platform and to provide the Services to you through the Platform. We may also process and analyze and process such information to improve the Platform and our Services. We also collect and prepare aggregated data such as statistical and/or demographic data including that derived from Personal Information for internal purposes. We may use or share this for internal purposes.
  • 2. Governmental Investigations, Public Display and Authorized Third Party Activities

  • We may be required to share all information collected with governmental authorities and agencies for the purposes of verification of identity or for prevention, detection or investigation, including of cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences. You agree and consent for the Company to disclose your information, if so required, under applicable law. Accordingly, the Company does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such third-party websites, nor does the Company control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such third-party websites.

    Please note that in the event such persons utilizing the Platform and/or the Services, it is assumed that he/she/the legal guardian/entity who has given access to the Platform/ Services or has responsibility over the unauthorised user has authorized the person for such use and thereby accorded their consent for the terms of the Privacy Policy.

    10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    While you may use this website from any jurisdiction wherefrom access to the same is possible either directly or through virtual private networks; the Company, the Platform and the Services are provided in compliance with Indian law, and this Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India and the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all matters pertaining to this Privacy Policy.

    Notwithstanding the foregoing, Paragraph 15 of the Terms of Use on ‘Governing Law and Dispute Resolution’ is incorporated, mutatis mutandis, to this Privacy Policy.
